As the Director of Cybersecurity and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Softek, Scott supports the company’s initiatives and plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity products, services, and compliance. His professional accomplishments include developing security solutions for major clients, leading strategic and complex security governance initiatives, and conducting comprehensive evaluations of security posture. With a robust foundation in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and project management, he has consistently delivered impactful enterprise architecture, systems development, and cybersecurity solutions for both the Department of Defense and private industry. Scott’s expertise encompasses cyber architecture, security assessments, incident response, and automated risk management, all supported by his proficiency in technical solutions and cloud services. His extensive experience spans roles in the public sector, including the Air Force Test Pilot School, the US Air Force Flight Test Center, and the Navy, demonstrating his capacity to manage and secure critical systems and data. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge in artificial intelligence to automate and streamline information technology and cybersecurity processes.

In his leisure time, Scott enjoys photography and dedicates time to volunteer efforts, aiding organizations in securing their information technology systems.
