Director of Operations

Mr. Patton is the Director of Operations for Softek International, Inc. In this senior leadership role, he provides corporate, program, and operations management in support of the day-to-day business operations for supporting the growth of the company and delivering qualified IT services to our DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), Federal agencies, and commercial customers.

Mr. Patton has more than thirty years of executive-level experience in systems engineering, program and operations management, business development, and strategic planning with the Federal Government, Department of Defense, NATO, the Intelligence Community (IC), and commercial agencies. His areas of expertise include military and commercial secure information technology systems, systems integration, terrestrial and satellite telecommunications, command, control, and
communications (C3), software development, communications and information security, logistics, and financial management systems. Mr. Patton is active in a number of professional organizations, including AFCEA, AIAA, AUSA, Old Crows, I.E.E.E., and NDIA, where he served as the Chairman of the C4ISR Executive Committee. Mr. Patton has had executive leadership roles with, BAE, PwC, SAIC, TRW, Teledyne, Booz-Allen, Dimensions International, Distributed Solutions, Adams Communications, and MCI.

Mr. Patton holds a BSEE degree from the Case Institute of Technology, an MSEE degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Rutgers University. He is PMP-certified and holds an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
