Mr. Kellett is a dynamic, innovative, and highly effective Senior Technology Leader specializing in the delivery and operational management of enterprise-wide information services, critical applications integration, development /security operations, and analytics in the government, pharmaceutical, hospitality, telecommunications, and data warehousing industries.  He is a solutions-oriented leader who has driven change across organizational and technical disciplines to achieve common goals. He is a skilled leader with a demonstrated thirty-year track record of delivering large multi-million dollar programs/projects across various industries.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technical Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is certified in ITIL V3, and DAMA International for Data Governance.
