Director of Human Resources

As Human Resources Director, Anne Miele is responsible for the full range of Human Resource functions, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Conflict resolution, Compensation, Benefits, Diversity, Talent performance management, and HR systems.

Miele supports Softek’s mission of providing an inclusive culture where each employee has an exceptional professional experience from their initial recruitment encounter through their tenure with Softek.

Prior to joining Softek in 2016, Miele held HR leadership roles in various industries including Finance, Technology, Media, and Healthcare.

Miele is an alumnus of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Administration and an MS in Manpower Planning.
