VP of Business Development

Jay serves as the Vice President of Business Development and has served as Program Manager for the Joint Health Information Exchange for the Veteran Administration. Also, he served as a former Chief Technology Officer for State and Local Government Solutions supporting the states of Maryland and NC MMIS operations and served as Program Manager for the Enterprise Architecture Group supporting the CMS, Center for Clinical Standards and Quality supporting both the Business Development and Program Management business units.

Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and an ITIL Certification.
